Happy Last Day of Normal School!

Today we finished going over the study guide by doing chapter 3 examples. We did a warm-up that covered some chapter 2 concepts and went over the three review worksheets from Friday as well.

Review and Practice (12/9)

Friday-

The students received and worked on 3 worksheets-- one for chapter 1, one for chapter 2, and one for chapter 3. They need to be completed by Monday.

Study Guide--Ch. 2 (12/8)

Today, we went over the examples from the Chapter 2 part of the study guide. (After the warm-up and going over the homework).

Due tomorrow: page 162-163 #1-15

Study Guide part 1 (12/7)

Today, after doing a notebook quiz, all of the students got the study guide for our Algebra I exam. They did a scavenger hunt to find what section from the book went with each topic they have to know. We went through examples from Chapter 1, and the students need to keep up with their examples so they can use them to study along with the study guide.

Due Tomorrow: #1-12 on pages 70-71

Grades, grades, grades (12/6)

Today, we did an EOC warm-up and went over the homework first.

After that, everyone got back their Chapter 3 Tests. We spent some time going over the questions people were confused about and then had time to do test corrections.

After doing test corrections, everyone got back their partner quiz from 4-1. We went over anything confusing on that.

Lastly, everyone got a progress report so they could see how their grades are doing.
